1. Returns and Refund Policy:
Due to safety & hygiene concerns, complex temperature and packing requirements for shipping F&B products in glass bottles, we do not accept any return or exchange.
But, if your order was damaged or missing during transit, or you’ve received a wrong order, or are experiencing any issue regarding the same, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com or +91 8433716663.
Believe us, we’ll do everything we can to make it up to you, hassle free! We may offer full/partial refunds after our customer support team thoroughly validates the damage/issue via communication over email or phone. Keeping ourselves in your shoes, as a best practice, we strongly recommend to inspect your shipment box and order upon reception, and must take picture(s) showing any damage(s) in transit / any other issue, if any. It will help all of us tackle such situations with greater ease.
Please note that refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 10 days of delivery. Any queries or concerns beyond 10 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
Our payment service provider, RazorPay Software Private Limited will initiate a refund of your order amount to your bank account within 7-10 days.
In case of chargebacks, we will furnish information to the relevant payment service provider pertaining to the completion of transaction and/or delivery of product to you within five (5) days of receiving the chargeback notification.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations can be processed, typically, within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will initiate and process a refund of your cancelled order amount to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
We closely work with our payment service providers to provide you with a seamless, frustration-free experience here. We can also provide an option of payout links especially in the case of COD order refund. You can use these payout links to get your refund in any of your preferred bank account/UPI ID.
Note that you may cancel your order for a product at no cost before the order has been processed and shipped. If an order is cancelled after the order has been processed and shipped, we may charge a cancellation fee in place of the charges borne by us to cancel such order on your behalf.
3. Shipping Policy:
We currently ship to most pincodes all over India and offer free shipping on orders! COD shipping available for select pin codes all over India at a small fee.
All orders leave our warehouse in Delhi within 1-2 business days. Depending on factors like location, connectivity, etc., orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days of placing the order. Regarding Shipping, your total cost for the purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges.

Orders are delivered via Delhivery, BlueDart, Udaan, Amazon Transportation Services, Xpress Bees, DTDC, Ecomm Express, and more reputed third party courier partners.
For the delivery of select products within a particular geography, delivery can also be done by our own delivery staff.
However, you may experience a delay in shipping as it may take up to 7-10 days for delivery due to the influx of online orders on account of Covid-19 and its effect on operational flows of our logistics and fulfillment partners. Rest assured, team shimmmi is working around the clock to ensure your products gets to you as soon as possible, and we will notify you as soon as it ships and share timely shipping updates too.

As a young clean climate conscious brand, we constantly work to up our sustainability standards across our value chain. Regarding packaging, all of our shipping materials are 100% plastic free and recyclable, namely, the glass bottles, corrugate boxes, kraft paper honeycomb sheets (no bubble paper, thermocol, or foam), and even kraft paper tapes (no plastic tapes)! Given the fragile nature of contents, we have worked tirelessly to develop our specialty packaging materials that can eliminate breakages or damage to contents inside. Rest assured, we have done the hard work to ship our products in a package with no breakage, and offer a superior user experience.
